ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- The University of New Mexico has announced that its September 12 home game with Mercyhurst and its October 3 home game with region rival UTEP will both kick off at 2 p.m. at University Stadium. MW+ will be the exclusive broadcast provider for both games. MW+ is the Mountain West’s new direct-to-consumer digital subscription platform, powered by leading streaming technology and services company Kiswe.
Lobo fans can register for their MW+ accounts right here. By registering through that link, UNM will reap the subscription benefits. Most of each subscription purchased through a member school’s dedicated page will directly support that institution, creating a scalable and sustainable revenue opportunity aligned with fan engagement.
The Mountain West is offering a limited-time early adopter promotion. Fans who purchase an annual subscription in July, August, and September will receive a $67.99 rate, a 15% discount off the standard annual price. That allows fans to watch all MW+ broadcasts of football from all conference schools, as well as soccer and volleyball.
The announcement of the final two home game times now sets the full home slate for the Lobos. The season opener against Central Michigan on September 5 will kick off at 8 pm on FS1. The next two home games are Mercyhurst on September 12 and UTEP on October 3, both now at 2 p.m. on MW+. The Lobos will face another league newcomer, North Dakota State, on October 24 at 8 p.m. The Lobos will take on UNLV on November 14 at 5 p.m. and Air Force on Friday, November 27 at 2:30 p.m. All three of those final games will be on The CW.
Fans can purchase season tickets at golobos.com/tickets, which is the best way to help the
program and your Lobos, and it’s your way to guarantee your seat for every snap. This year, the Kids Free Initiative has been extended to season-ticket purchases as well as single-game tickets.
And speaking of single-game tickets and mini plans, they will go on sale on Monday, August 10.
