New Mexico Volleyball kicked off their European Foreign Tour with three days in Prague, Czech Republic, spending time taking in the sights of the city’s medieval architecture, tasting local cuisines and playing two matches against local team OTP Olymp Praha.
After arriving in Prague on June 3, the Lobos met up with their BIP Tour guide and settled in before getting their first look at the city, exploring the city center and enjoying a traditional Czech dinner as a team to open the trip. The following day, UNM visited some of Prague’s most recognizable landmarks, including Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge area, before turning its attention to the court for its first international match of the tour against OTP Olymp Praha.
