ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- Lobo men's tennis heads back out on the road with the squad heading to New Orleans to take on the University of New Orleans on Monday at 1 p.m. Mountain Time, and then Tulane on Wednesday at noon.
The Lobos enter the weekend at 4-9, but they are coming off a 4-0 win over Lubbock Christian, the No. 3 team in Division II. The Lobos got that win in the back half of the Jack Kennedy Classic. In that win, Connor Dils, Tyler Waddock, and Jakub Prachar, who all lost earlier in the day to Denver, bounced back with wins to clinch the victory.
New Orleans is 8-4 on the season, and the match on Monday will be the third in three days for the Privateers, as they host Omaha on Saturday and travel to LSU on Sunday. New Orleans did play Tulane earlier this season, losing 6-1.
Tulane is 4-6 on the season, with four of the six losses to nationally-ranked opponents.
