ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- After showing off its depth last week with a 2-0 week in which UNM's bench came through big after some injuries, the Lobos now host a doubleheader on Saturday. The Lobos will host the 5-7 Abilene Christian Wildcats at 10 am before the 2-2 Lubbock Christian Lady Chaps at 2 p.m.

The matches are part of a busy day on University Blvd. as baseball, softball, and men's basketball are all playing at home at basically the same time. Because of the paid parking associated with men's basketball, which tips off at noon and is already sold out, tennis fans may park for free in Baseball South (see the included graphic). Fans can still park in Pit West, but they must pay for parking.
The Lobos defeated New Mexico State 4-1 on Friday before beating NAU 4-3 on Saturday. Vianca Corley went 2-0 in singles with two clinchers to earn Mountain West Freshman of the Week honors.
The big store was UNM's depth, as Coumba Ben Niangadou and Marika Matsoukatidi clinched the doubles point with a win at No. 1 doubles vs. New Mexico State, and Vianca Corley had a straight set win in singles at No. 6 against NAU, one of her two wins on the day.
