ALBUQUERQUE, N.M – The New Mexico men’s basketball team concludes a two-game trip to Colorado on Saturday afternoon with a matchup against Air Force. Game time a Clune Arena on the campus of the United States Air Force Academy is 1:00 p.m. and the game will air on the Mountain West Network and the Lobo Radio Network.
Fans attending the game will need to apply online as soon as possible for a base pass to enter the Academy’s North Gate. Information on the process and to access the application form can be found on Air Force’s athletics website.
The Lobos (12-3, 3-1 MW) are looking to sweep the two-game road trip to the Centennial State. New Mexico is coming off an 80-70 win at Colorado State on Tuesday night to open the trip. The Lobos were led in Fort Collins by Jake Hall, who scored 18 points.
Air Force (3-12, 0-4 MW) is looking for its first conference win and to snap an eight-game losing streak. The Falcons are coming off a 99-62 home loss on Tuesday to Utah State.
New Mexico leads the all-time series 68-27, including a 25-19 edge at Clune Arena. The Lobos swept both meetings last year, winning 88-53 at the Academy and 92-71 at The Pit.
The Lobos return home Tuesday to host Grand Canyon for the first conference matchup between the schools. Game time at The Pit is 7 p.m. and the game will air on Altitude2, stream for free on the Mountain West Network and air on the Lobo Radio Network.
