ALBUQUERQUE, N.M – The New Mexico men’s basketball team begins the road portion of its Mountain West schedule on Tuesday night with a matchup with Boise State. Game time at ExtraMile Arena in Boise is 9:00 p.m. and the game will air on FS1 and the Lobo Radio Network.

The Lobos (10-2, 1-0) enter the game on a seven-game win streak, including an 88-65 home win over San Jose State in the conference opener last week. UNM is the only team in nation to have three freshmen averaging double figure scoring, including Jake Hall, who leads freshmen nationally with 35 made 3-pointers.

Boise State is 8-4 (0-1 MW) this season and ranked No. 47 in the NET as UNM looks for its second Quad 1 road victory of the season. The Broncos dropped an 81-66 contest at Nevada last week in their Mountain West opener.

The teams split the regular season series last year, each winning at home, before the Broncos edged the Lobos 72-69 in the Mountain West Tournament semifinals. UNM hasn’t won in Boise since 2017 as their seven-game losing streak at ExtraMile Arena marks the Lobos’ longest active road losing streak.

The Lobos will return home Saturday to host Wyoming (9-3). Game time is 6 p.m. and the contest will air on CBS Sports Network and the Lobo Radio Network. Tickets are on sale now at GoLobos.com/tickets.
