ALBUQUERQUE, N.M – The New Mexico men’s basketball team concludes its non-conference schedule on Sunday afternoon when it hosts Florida Gulf Coast at The Pit. Game time is 2:00 p.m. and the game will be televised on Altitude, streamed for free on the Mountain West Network and air on Lobo Radio Network.

Tickets for Sunday’s game are on sale now at GoLobos.com/tickets. Gates will open at 12:30 p.m. Sunday is Mascot Day at The Pit. Fans who arrive early can meet some of their favorite local mascots around the concourse. Take photos with Orbit from the Isotopes, Chilly from the Ice Wolves and more! Sunday’s game is also the Lobos’ toy drive game at The Pit. We are collecting new and unwrapped toys to donate to the community this holiday season. You can drop off your donations at the donation boxes located at each entrance.

The Lobos (8-2) look to remain unbeaten at home this season and extend a 17-game home win streak, the fifth-longest active streak in the nation. UNM has won five straight overall and is coming off an 81-78 win at VCU on Wednesday night, its first Quad 1 win of the season. Jake Hall tied a career high with 24 points against the Rams, tying the UNM freshman record with his fourth 20-point game of the season.

Florida Gulf Coast is 5-5 on the season and hasn’t played since an 81-76 home loss to Florida Atlantic last Sunday. The Eagles are led by Notre Dame transfer JR Konieczny, who averages 17.0 points per game.

It is the first all-time meeting between the teams. The Lobos haven’t played a team from the Atlantic Sun since 2022-23, when they hosted Jacksonville State in the Lobo Classic.

The Lobos will begin the defense of their Mountain West regular season title on Saturday when they host San Jose State. Game time is 7 p.m. and tickets are on sale now at GoLobos.com.
