ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— Following an exhibition at home on Wednesday against Adams State, the Lobos close out their exhibition schedule on the road at UT Arlington on Tuesday at 4 p.m. MT/ 5 p.m. CT. The game will not be streamed or have stats available.

UNM had balanced scoring in the first live action of the season behind points from 11 players, two of which reached double figures. The Lobos never trailed in the contest, shooting 47.1% from the floor and 35.0% from behind the arc in the 46-point win. Defensively, UNM outrebounded the Grizzlies 57-29 and created 11 steals with five blocks.

UT Arlington will present a final test for the Lobos before the season officially begins against Northern Arizona at home on Nov. 3, with the Lady Mavs finishing 18-14 last season, 10-6 in the WAC. However, UTA returns just five players from a team that averaged 72.2 points per game last season and guard Nya Threatt its top returner, averaging 6.8 points per game with 23 starts and played in 28 of the 30 games.

The Lobos have faced UT Arlington five previous times, the last time in 1996 at home, a 52-38 win. The last time the Lobos played at UT Arlington was in 1995, a 69-64 overtime loss.
