Lobo Soccer Adds Five for 2025

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.—The Lobos added five players in the offseason, bolstering the goalkeeper position with Alyson Campbell, Jasmin Gonzalez-Rutt, Musuai Isaia and Avah Snodgrass and the defense with a center back in Zemira Webb.

Alyson Campbell | GK | Boulder, Colorado
A transfer from LSU, Campbell was the first goalie to sign with the Lobos after spending the previous two seasons with the Tigers. Campbell didn’t appear in any matches in 2023 or 2024, but was a SAAC representative and was named to the All-SEC Academic Team.

Campbell graduated from Fairview High School in Boulder, Colorado, where she was a two-time captain and won the character embodiment award for her leadership. Academically, she was a two-time Academic All-State member in 2023 and 2022, and was named to the All-Region First Team in 2022 in 2023. Her club team, FC Boulder, won the Colorado State Cup MVP in 2019 before joining the Colorado Rapids ECNL club team.

On why UNM: “I chose UNM obviously because of its competitive nature in the Mountain West Conference, but also because every person I’ve had the privilege of meeting and speaking to has been nothing other than authentic and kind. It is a campus I stepped on and felt genuinely welcomed by everyone with open arms and the pride in which UNM holds within itself is something I am excited to be a part of.”

Campbell Is majoring in political science at UNM.

Jasmin Gonzalez-Rutt | GK | Santa Fe, New Mexico
Born and raised in Santa Fe, Gonzalez-Rutt joins the Lobos after attending Mandela International Magnet School.

During her high school career, she was named to the all-star team following her senior season, named first team all-state and 5A District Player of the Year as a junior and to the second team all-state her sophomore season.

On why UNM: “I chose UNM because of the culture and standard that the coaches instill in their players as well as the support I feel from the coaches and players.”

Gonzalez-Rutt is majoring in environmental design and planning at UNM.

Musuai Isaia | GK | Oahu, Hawai’i
From Hawai’I, Isaia spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons at Washington State and also played at Peninsula College.

While not logging any minutes in 2024, the newest Lobo appeared in one match in 2023, earning the shutout against Kansas after making two saves. At Peninsula College, Isaia appeared in 22 matches over the span of two seasons with 21 starts in net. During her two seasons, she made 68 saves and recorded 11 shutouts as a sophomore. In addition, she was a part of Peninsula’s 2021 NWAC North Region Championship and the program’s fifth conference title.

On why UNM: “I chose UNM because I think it’s the right fit for me. The staff has been nothing but supportive and super helpful with the recruiting process. I’m definitely excited to see what’s in store and ready to get to work!”

Isaia is majoring in humanities at UNM.

Avah Snodgrass | GK | Tacoma, Washington
An incoming freshman set to join the Lobos in the fall of 2025 from Annie Wright Schools, Snodgrass was named the Nisqually Goalkeeper of the Year twice, and also was a four-time letterwinner in basketball in addition to soccer. She recorded the most saves in a season for Nisqually in the 2022-23 and posted nine shutouts and two assists.

On why UNM: “I chose UNM because of the cultural background of the school, the amazing and supportive coaching staff, the opportunity I’m getting to be a part of their soccer program and the opportunity to continue my academics at a great university.”

Snodgrass is undecided on her major.

Zemira Webb | D | Warwick, Bermuda
A transfer from Southern University, the incoming Lobo brings international experience as a member of the Bermuda Women’s National Team and was captain of the Bermuda U20 National Team.

In her three years at Southern, Webb appeared in 59 matches with 49 starts, taking 30 shots with 20 on goal. Webb finished the 2024 season with 23 shots and 16 on goal, appearing in 31 matches with 30 starts. During her career, she logged 4242 minutes, including 17 matches of 90 minutes and one match playing 108 minutes. Webb was also named to the SWAC All-Tournament Team in both 2023 and 2024 with the Jaguars winning the SWAC Tournament and making the NCAA Tournament in 2024.

On why UNM: “I chose UNM because it felt like the perfect place for me to grow academically and athletically. I’m very excited to be a Lobo!”

Webb is majoring in psychology at UNM.
