Air Force (4-24, 1-16 MW) is coming off a pair of home games, including an overtime win over Fresno State last weekend. The Falcons are led by Ethan Taylor, who is averaging 14.1 points per game.
New Mexico leads the all-time series 68-27, including a 38-3 record in The Pit. The Lobos have won the last two meetings, 88-53 earlier this season in Colorado Springs and 82-56 in last year’s Mountain West Tournament, after the Falcons posted a 78-77 win in their visit to Albuquerque last season.
The Lobos conclude the regular season next week with a road game at Nevada on Tuesday before hosting UNLV in the home finale on Friday. Less than 1,000 tickets remain for the UNLV game, on sale now at GoLobos.com/tickets.
