Jason Eck National Signing Day Press Conference

by Frank Mercogliano

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Jason Eck hosted the media for his first full press conference since being hired and announced on December 17.  In it he discusses a bulk of the 51 players that to this point make up the 2025 signing class for Lobo Football.

Of those 51, there are 34 transfers and 17 high school seniors.  Many of the class were announced over the previous four weeks due to their transfer and enrollment status at UNM.  The Lobos are currently in winter conditioning and will formally hit the practice field for the first of 15 spring practices on Tuesday, March 11, culminating in the 2025 Spring Game at University Stadium on Friday night, April 18.

Spring practices in a change from 2024 will be completely open for media and fans to come watch and get a first look at the 2025 Lobo squad.  Season tickets for new tickets and renewals will be on sale next week, and UNM will be announcing several exciting perks and incentives for Lobo fans that get their season tickets early.
