QUOTABLE
“It certainly was a great way to honor a historic and amazing building. The building is great, but would be nothing without our unbelievable fans. We are fortunate to make a big play at the end. I thought CJ made a big three late. The trap, when they didn’t have a timeout, was huge and then Nelly got the steal. We were fortunate Nelly hit that shot at the end. Nevada is really good. Anytime you beat a well-coached team like that, you are fortunate.” – Richard Pitino
