Lobo Men’s Basketball 2024-25 Schedule Highlighted by At Least 18 National TV Appearances
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The Mountain West Conference announced Thursday the national television schedule for the conference’s men’s basketball games this season. New Mexico will have at least 18 games televised nationally on CBS, CBS Sports Network, FOX, FS1 and TruTV, with the potential of more televised games to be announced at a later date.
The Lobos will appear twice on broadcast network television twice this season. On Jan. 11, New Mexico will host San Diego State on CBS for the second consecutive season. That game will tip-off at either 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. MT. Two weeks later, the Lobos will play on FOX for the first time when they visit UNLV (1:00 p.m. MT).
UNM will appear on CBS Sports Network seven times this season: vs. UCLA (Nov. 8) in Henderson, Nev., at Wyoming (Jan. 7), vs. Fresno State (Jan. 20), vs. Utah State (Feb. 16), at Boise State (Feb. 19), at Nevada (Mar. 4), vs. UNLV (Mar. 7).
New Mexico will play on FS1 seven times this season: at St. John’s (Nov. 17), vs. Nevada (Jan. 3), vs. Boise State (Jan. 17), at Utah State (Feb. 1), vs. Colorado State (Feb. 5), vs. Wyoming (Feb. 12) and at San Diego State (Feb. 25).
As previous announced, the Lobos’ games in the Acrisure Classic will be on TruTV. The event will feature a Thanksgiving matchup against Arizona State and then a contest against either USC or Saint Mary’s the following day. Turner Sports could also select other Mountain West games for national broadcast on their networks or on MAX, with those games announced in the future. After those selections, game times for all non-televised games will be set.
