Men's Tennis Opens in Arizona at Wildcat Invitational

TUCSON, Ariz. — The University of New Mexico gets the Rob Bareford era underway with a trip to Tucson, Arizona to compete in the season-opening Wildcat Invitational, hosted by the University of Arizona.  The Lobos will have four competitors in the tournament with Avery Tallakson, Daniil Kakhniuk, Connor Dils and Phillip Bosin.

Tallakson is the only one of the four to see significant action in 2023-24, with Kakhniuk back after an injury and Bosin coming off a redshirt season.  Dils is one of three newcomers to the squad and he, like Bosin, will be playing in their first collegiate matches.
