Alice English Officially Named All-Mountain West in 3-Meter

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — After leading all freshmen in scoring among divers at the Mountain West Championships, Alice English was officially named All-Mountain West in the 3-Meter dive after her seventh-place finish at the championships.

English is the first Lobo diver to earn All-Mountain West honors since Jocelyn Gallais did it on the platform in 2020.  She’s the first to earn it in the 3-Meter since 2014 when Megan Harper won the event.

English twice at the championships recorded NCAA Zone qualifying scores, doing so in the 3-Meter and the platform.  She nearly made the A-Final in all three disciplines, and her 50 points scored were the most among any freshmen in the championships.  English and her teammates will head to Flagstaff for the NCAA Zone Championships March 11-13.
