ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — New Mexico’s diving squad has been solid all season long, and the team will head on the road to Flagstaff, Arizona for the second NAU Diving Invitational of the season. The meet will take place Thursday through Saturday.
Three other diving squads will go to Flagstaff to join the host Lumberjacks in competing at the three-day invite. Along with UNM and NAU, the NAU Diving Invitational will host divers from Idaho, New Mexico State, and San Diego State.
The diving squad is coming off a sweep in the 1-meter and 3-meter at New Mexico State where Kristen Hepfer won both events. She and Alice English have combined to win 11 events, five 1-meter dives, and six 3-meters.
