Croskey-Merritt Earns Honorable Mention All-America from CFN
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Jacory Croskey-Merritt, who turned in an incredible season that will go down as one of the best in school history for a Lobo running back, was honored by College Football News as an Honorable Mention All-America selection. He becomes the first Lobo to gain such an honor since 2003 when DonTrell Moore, Robert Turner, and Claude Terrell all earned various honors.
Croskey-Merritt rushed for 1,190 yards, the seventh-most in school history, and he became the first player to ever have back-to-back 200-yard rushing games, and the first to ever have two in the same season. He finished with 17 rushing touchdowns (third all-time) and 18 overall touchdowns (tied for second all-time). His 108 points scored were fourth-most in school history.
