ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The New Mexico Lobos host UNLV at University Stadium in a game critical for UNM’s bowl hopes, and for UNLV’s title hopes.   The game will officially kickoff at 4:02 pm Mountain Time, and the game can be heard on the Lobo Radio Network, flagshipped at 770 AM/96.3 FM KKOB in Albuquerque.  The game will be shown on the Mountain West Network and Xfinity 387.

Today’s game is UNM’s Salute to Service game as well as our Hall of Honor game, and the game sponsor is Houston Wholesale Cars!

Here are some of the things that fans will see on Saturday.

  • There will be a pregame Color Guard for the National Anthem.
  • There will be a pair of helicopter taking part in a pregame flyover during the National Anthem.
  • UNM’s Spirit Squad will have 60-second performance in between the 1st and 2nd quarter and they will be a part of the fourth quarter fire-up.
  • The UNM Marching Band will have a performance both pregame as well as during halftime.

Howl Zone

  • Howl zone will have a number of static displays from military and police agencies.
  • There will be a giveaway inside the stadium with spirit distributing the items to fans.
    • 1,000 Lobo Football retractable banners
  • There will be a swearing in ceremony during a first quarter time-out.
  • The 2023 Hall of Honor class will be recognized at halftime.
