HIGHLANDS RANCH Colo. – The New Mexico women’s golf team continued play Saturday at the Ron Moore Intercollegiate with the second round at the DU Golf Club. The Lobos shot 2-under during the second 18 holes to be in fourth place at 8-under among the 14-team field that is highlighted by eight top-60 teams.

Host Denver continues to hold the lead at 26-under. Cal is in second at 13-under, followed by Kansas in third at 12-under, the Lobos in fourth at 8-under and Vanderbilt in fifth at 7-under.

Lauren Lehigh led the Lobos on Saturday with a 5-under round of 67. She enters the final round T-4th on the individual leaderboard at 6-under for the tournament. Myah McDonald also shot under par in the second round with a 1-under 71. She is also in the top 10, T-9th at4-under through 36 holes. Lisa-Marie Pagliano shot 1-over in the second round, while Maria Caparros Levin shot 3-over and Ciara Rushmer shot 5-over.

The tournament will conclude Sunday at the DU Golf Club in suburban Denver.
