Women's Tennis Travels to Mountain Region Championships

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — The University of New Mexico Women’s Tennis team heads to Salt Lake City to battle in the ITA Mountain Region Championships, hosted by the University of Utah.

The tournament is a chance for UNM’s tandem of Katherine Jhang and Leonie Hoppe to defend their Mountain Region doubles crown which they won in 2022.  Overall for the tournament (draws won’t be made available until late Tuesday) there will be both and A and B singles draw, and a doubles draw.

For fans headed to Salt Lake City, the A-Draw matches will take place on the outdoor courts located directly west of the Eccles Tennis Center. The B-Draw will take place on the indoor courts of the Eccles Tennis Center.
