Morris Udeze to Play in Reese’s College All-Star Game

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – New Mexico forward Morris Udeze has been selected to play in the 2023 Reese’s Division I All-Star Game. The game, which features 20 seniors from around the nation, will be held Friday, March 31 at 3:30 p.m. CT at NRG Stadium in Houston. The game Is part of Reese’s Men’s Final Four Friday, which is open to the public and free to attend.

The All-Star Game will be broadcast live on CBS Sports Network.

Udeze, who will get to play in the game in his hometown, is the first Lobo to compete in the game since in began in 2009. He is a member of the West team that will be coached by Buzz Williams of Texas A&M.

In his lone season at New Mexico after playing four seasons at Wichita State, Udeze had a dominant season. The All-Mountain West selection led the conference in rebounding (9.6 rpg), field goal percentage (.610) and double-doubles (15), while averaging 16.4 points per game.
