Lobos Selected for WNIT

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— The New Mexico women’s basketball team returns to the postseason for the third consecutive season and for the fifth time under head coach Mike Bradbury after being selected for the 2023 WNIT, as announced on Sunday evening.

The full bracket will be released on Monday, March 13.

The Lobos enter the postseason 20-12 and have won six of their last seven games. Sunday’s selection marks UNM’s 10th all-time WNIT appearance, with the Lobos advancing to the third round of the WNIT last season. UNM is one of four Mountain West schools selected in the 64-team field, joining Wyoming (automatic bid), Colorado State and San Diego State.
