Lobo Women's Basketball Completes Staff with Hudson and Fernandez
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— University of New Mexico head women’s basketball coach Mike Bradbury has added Isaiah Fernandez and Hanna Hudson to the staff as the director of player development and director of operations, respectively.
Both will oversee the day-to-day basketball operations, with Fernandez in charge of film, managers and practice players and Hudson overseeing the travel and scheduling.
Fernandez comes to UNM after gaining experience as a graduate assistant manager at Mississippi State, working under hall of famer Nicki McCray-Penson for five seasons prior to coming to New Mexico. Prior to that, Fernandez was a student manager with the Old Dominion women’s basketball team for four years, where he assisted with the scout team.
From Hopewell, Virginia, Fernandez graduated from ODU in May 2020 with a degree in sport management and from Mississippi State with a master’s degree in kinesiology.
Hudson recently graduated from East Texas Baptist University, where she was a four-year letterwinner with the Tigers. During her time at ETBU, she was named to the All-ASC Freshman Team and All-ASC Second Team.
From Grandview, Texas, Hudson obtained a bachelor of science in business administration with a minor in religion, as well as a Master of Business Administration.
