ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The Lobos head north to Logan, Tuah to take on Boise State on Saturday and Utah State on Sunday with both matches starting at 2 p.m.
The Lobos have lost six straight but the team is still 9-7 overall. However, that six-match losing streak covers the first four matches of conference play. Boise State hasn’t played nearly as many matches as UNM, sitting at 6-3 overall and 2-2 in the Mountain West. The Broncos are coming off a 2-0 weekend having defeated Nevada 4-3 in Reno before defeating Utah State 4-1, also in Reno.
Utah State is 5-8 overall and 0-4 in the Mountain West, and they are currently on a five-match losing streak. Utah State takes on Air Force on Saturday before playing UNM on Sunday.
