ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The New Mexico men’s basketball team concludes a two-game road trip, and a span of four games in eight days, on Tuesday as it visits Utah State. Tipoff at Dee Glen Smith Spectrum is 8:00 p.m. MT and the game will be broadcast on FS1 and the Lobo Radio Network.

The Lobos (11-16, 3-10) are looking for their 12th overall win and fourth Mountain West win of the season, both figures that would double last year’s win totals. New Mexico is coming off a 71-55 loss at San José State on Sunday. Jamal Mashburn, Jr., the Lobos’ leading scorer at 17.9 points per game this season, had 17 points to lead UNM against the Spartans.

Utah State (15-13, 6-9) is looking to snap a four-game losing streak after a 68-57 loss at Boise State on Saturday. The Aggies are led by Justin Bean, who ranks seventh in the Mountain West in scoring at 18.0 points per game and is the conference’s top rebounder at 9.8 per game.

The Aggies lead the all-time series 30-12, including a 15-2 mark in Logan. Tuesday’s game will be the first time in three seasons at the Lobos have visited the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, with their last road win in the series coming in 2015. Utah State has won the last four meetings, including a 90-87 overtime win at The Pit in January.

Following the game, the Lobos will return home to host Air Force on Saturday. Game time at The Pit is 2 p.m.
