ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Head football coach Danny Gonzales met with members of the media to talk about the start of Fall Camp on Wednesday evening. Plenty was discussed over the 30+ minute press conference, including vaccination rates, the Lobo quarterback situation, and how nice it is to be able to actually have a Fall camp after starting last season by playing a game without ever having a full team practice.
Practices are not open to the public due to COVID restrictions. There will be an open scrimmage inside University Stadium, and a potential open practice inside the stadium, for fans.
