Game Two | Saturday, May 15 | 6 p.m. MT
Game Three | Sunday, May 16 | Noon MT

Saturday will be the Lobos Love Pink Day, sponsored by the UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center. Join us in wearing pink in support of those affected by breast cancer.
Starting on the mound for the Lobos will be Nathaniel Garley in game one, Justin Armbruester in game two, and Aaron Makil will close out the series on Sunday. Armbruester has consistently been atop the Mountain West, ranking first in the conference in batters struck out (72).
Kyler Castillo has posted a hit in each of the last six games, with four of those being multiple-hit games. He is currently ranked in the top-10 of the Mountain West in batting average (.389), slugging percentage (.619), and on-base percentage (.439).
Utah Valley, currently 9-39 (7-25 WAC) hasn’t had much luck this season on the road, where they are 5-24. The Wolverines will enter the weekend with a 9-39 overall record and a 7-25 WAC clip after splitting a four-game league series against New Mexico State in UVU’s final home series of the 2021 season last weekend. Following the series split against the Aggies, Utah Val- ley then dropped a midweek game to in-state foe Utah on Wednesday night in Salt Lake City by a score of 10-9.
The Lobos are currently 5-4 at home this season, including a sweep of Air Force earlier this season, and will look to improve on that starting Friday.
