The Lobos have been busy this season, competing in three different meets last weekend alone. Senior Jamari Drake made program history in the high jump at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open last weekend, jumping at a mark of 1.81m (5-11.25). The outdoor record was previously set at 5′ 10 3/4″ and had been done three times before, the last time being in 2002. Drake’s outdoor performance earned her first place and is the fourth-best mark in the NCAA this season.

The meet this weekend will be composed of athletes from 24 collegiate teams – including a majority of teams in the Mountain West.
