“We are excited to have this event once again,” said head baseball coach Ray Birmingham. “This will be a great chance to meet our 2020 team as all of our players will be scattered around the course at every tee box. In addition to the great prizes given away and pure fun that is had at this event, it is even better knowing that it will help Lobo Baseball out financially in the coming year.”
Spots will be limited, and early sign ups are encouraged. The price per player is $175 and that includes breakfast, lunch, range balls green fees and golf cart. All proceeds from the tournament will go to benefit the UNM Baseball Dugout Club, which is the fundraising arm of Lobo Baseball.
Throughout the event, there will be numerous opportunities for golfers to come home with prizes as for holes-in-one on select holes, 1st-place prizes for each flight (men and women) as well as longest drive and closest to the pin prizes.
