UNM Announces Ticket Info for Air Force Game

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Director of Athletics Eddie Nuñez has announced the following ticket information for the rescheduled November 23 football game between UNM and Air Force.

All tickets for the game on November 9 are valid and can be used for the game on November 23, which will kick off at noon at Dreamstyle Stadium.

“We encourage our fans to come out to Dreamstyle Stadium on November 23 as we play Air Force,” said Nuñez. “We look forward to honoring our military, first responders and heroes at that game along with recognizing those that have been effected by cancer.  My hope is that fans will be able to make the game and enjoy a great afternoon of college football and support our student-athletes who have gone through a difficult experience.”

If fans have tickets for the Air Force game and cannot use them due to the date change, there are options available.

Fans can bring their tickets for the Air Force game back to the ticket office at Dreamstyle Arena and exchange them for the final home football game on November 30 against Utah State, or for a comparable ticket to any Lobo men’s basketball or women’s basketball game in the month of November, based on availability.

The men’s basketball team has home games on Saturday, November 9 (Cal State Northridge, 7 p.m.), Wednesday, November 13 (Green Bay, 7 p.m.) and Saturday, November 16 (McNeese State, 4 p.m.).  The women’s basketball team has home games on Friday, November 8 (Northern Arizona, 7 p.m.) and Tuesday, November 12 (Houston, 7 p.m.).

Fans also have the option to turn their tickets in at the Lobo Ticket Office at Dreamstyle Arena, and those tickets will be donated to military families at Kirtland Air Force Base.  Fans that are out of town with tickets can also donate them back for military families by calling 505-925-5626 or emailing lobotickets@unm.edu. If none of these options are possible, fans can also opt for a refund if they so desire.

“We are grateful to our fans and ticket holders for their patience and understanding through a very difficult situation.  We hope to see everyone out at Dreamstyle Stadium on the 23rd,” said Nuñez.

Potential television information, along with updated Heroes Day and Lobos Love Pink/Cancer Awareness Day information will be announced when that info becomes available.
