COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Lobo Football will be featured on AT&T SportsNet three times during the 2019 season as the network announced a total of nine Mountain West football games that will be broadcast live during the 2019 season.  The highlight is UNMs Rio Grande Rivalry game against New Mexico State at Dreamstyle Stadium of September 21 at 2:30 p.m.

Along with the Rio Grande Rivalry, two Lobo conference games will be showcased on the home of the Colorado Rockies and the Vegas Golden Knights.  New Mexico’s game at Wyoming will air on the network on October 19 at 2 p.m. and UNM’s home game with Air Force at noon on November 9 will also be on AT&T SportsNet.

UNM will look to keep up its history of thrilling wins on the network.  In 2014 the Lobos held Wyoming on four straight plays inside the 10 in the final 30 seconds for a 36-30 victory.  In 2016 the Lobos went 80 yards in the final two minutes as Austin Apodaca led UNm to a late touchdown in a 28-27 Homecoming win over Hawai’i.

The announcement now gives a TV/broadcast partner to 10 of UNM’s 12 games, with more announcements expected shortly.
