ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — It’s not getting any cooler for The University of New Mexico Lobo football team at practice, and as of Tuesday morning, the team will be as hot as ever. It’s time for full pads.
The Lobos held their fourth practice, and it was their second in shoulder pads and helmets (commonly referred to as shells). Tomorrow will be the first in full pads, and then the team will have Wednesday off before returning in full pads again on Thursday. After practice coach Davie addressed the media, and that clip is below.
