ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The University of New Mexico football program, under the direction of seventh-year head coach Bob Davie will be hosting several high school and specialty camps in the upcoming Summer months, and there is still time to get enrolled either as an individual of as a team.
The program will host its increasingly popular 7-on-7 Tournament Camp and Offensive Line/Defensive Line Camp on Thursday and Friday, June 14 and 15 as well as its High School Mini Camp on Saturday, July 28. All of the camps will take place utilizing UNM’s football facilities, including Dreamstyle Stadium.
New Mexico Lobo Football Camps provide players and teams with a competitive and educational experience with the goal to teach the game by building a solid foundation for players at all levels. Campers will be run through Division I drills designed to develop skills, vision and competency. All drills are specifically geared to prepare each camper for competition at the highest level.
Those attending New Mexico Lobos Football Camp will work with our experienced coaching staff. Sessions will be a balance of instruction, skills and game experience. Athletes will learn the latest methods in training & technique.
All our camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, and/or grade level).
The 7-on-7 Tournament & OL/DL Camp ranges in price from $80-$400. Sessions run from 8 am to 5 pm both Thursday and Friday. Campers will be run through Division I drills designed to develop skills, vision and competency. All drills are specifically geared to prepare each camper for competition at the highest level. Sessions will be a balance of instruction, skills and game experience. Athletes will learn the latest methods in training & technique.
The High School Mini Camp is a half-day camp that runs from noon to 4 p.m., also at the UNM Football facilities. The camp is designed for the high school player looking for specific instructions at their desired positions. The camp is perfect for any skill level of player.
