Lobo Baseball Alumni Game set for Feb. 10

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Catch a sneak peek at the 2018 University of New Mexico baseball team while also watching Lobos from the past as the defending Mountain West champion Lobos host their annual Alumni Game noon Saturday, Feb. 10, at Santa Ana Star Field.
 
“The alumni game is something we look forward to every year,” UNM assistant coach Ken Jacome said. “We get a chance to play and catch up with the guys that have helped build this program to where it is today. It’s also great to see what these guys are doing and the success they are having after they leave the program.”
 
The festivities will begin at O’Niell’s off of Central at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, where a social will be held with the alumni.

 Andre VigilOn game day at Santa Ana Star Field, the alumni will take batting practice at 10 a.m., the Lobos will take it at 10:45 a.m. and the game will begin at noon.
 
The public is encouraged and welcome to attend all the alumni events this weekend as there is no charge for the game.
 
The alums this weekend include Chris DeVito, Jared Holley, Andre Vigil, Matt Villalobos, Drew McDonald, Danny Gonzalez, Will Mathis, Rob Hoover, Joe Romero, Clark Langdon, Logan Lippert, Michael Eaton and more!
