ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Head coach Paul Weir and the UNM men’s basketball team are hosting their annual Fall Sixth Man Club Golf Tournament on Monday, September 25, 2017 at noon (MST) at The Canyon Club in Albuquerque. The golf outing has several gifts for participants, including a Nike Lobo polo, autographed souvenirs and a chance to hit the tees with head coach Paul Weir and Lobo Basketball. Lunch and dinner will be provided to golfers at the event. Participants will be able to meet and greet with the 2017-18 Lobo men’s basketball team at dinner.
“This is an amazing opportunity to bring those around our basketball program together with some of our direct supporters in the community. Rarely do we get a chance to do this in such a relaxed, fun environment and I can’t wait for a day to do to that with our attendees,” said Head Coach Paul Weir.
The Sixth Man Club is the booster organization that raises funds to offset the operating costs for Lobo Men’s Basketball. The cost for a four person team is $800 and sponsorship opportunities are available for $1,000 and $2,500.
