ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Entries are now open for the 2017 Lobo Cross Country Invitational taking place Saturday, September 2 at the UNM North Golf Course.
The Invitational will include four different divisions, with a Community Fun Run, high school junior varsity and varsity races and a collegiate open.
Entry for the college, high school and community fun run will take place online via Direct Athletics by going to DirectAthletics.com and searching for “Lobo” in the upcoming meet search box. Each race will have an individual entry link, so entrants are asked to enter their respective race.
The period to enter the meet closes Wednesday, August 30 at 3 p.m. MT. All entries must be received before the deadline.
The Community Fun Run/high school “C” team race kicks off the day of events at 8 a.m. MT, with the high school varsity boys race at 8:45 a.m. and the high school varsity girls race at 9:15 a.m. The combined collegiate race is set for 9:50 a.m., with the high school junior varsity races at 10:20 a.m. for boys and 11 a.m. for girls. An award ceremony for the high school races will follow at noon.
