Lobo Women’s Basketball with a Big Win Over Fresno State

Junior Cherise Beynon of The University of New Mexico women's basketball team (15-11, 10-5 MW) collected her second triple-double of the season on Saturday afternoon in the Lobos Love Pink game to help lead UNM to a 66-57 victory over visiting Fresno State (14-12, 7-8 MW). During the game, the Lobos and Lobo fans raised over $2,700 for the UNM Cancer Center with the game jersey auction. Beynon finished with 15 points, 10 assists and a career-high 15 rebounds. #GoLobos
