ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Registration for the University of New Mexico volleyball program’s 2017 Lobo Volleyball Summer Camps is still open. All of the camps are filling fast, but there are still spots remaining for every camps.
To register, head to abcsportscamps.com/unmvb and fill out the online application or complete the application in the brochures linked at the top and mail it to the Lobo Volleyball Camps.
The Lobos are offering nine camps this year, including four beach volleyball camps and five indoor volleyball camps. The beach camps will be held over one week in June at Lucky 66 Bowl & Volleyball on 4th Street, while the indoor camps run from late June to late July.
The first set of beach volleyball camps — which includes a Little Lobos Beach Clinic and an Individual Skills Academy — are on June 12-13 and the second session is from June 17-18.
Registration for both camps continue through the week of the camps.
The team is also hosting five court volleyball camps during June and July in Johnson Center on the main campus of UNM.
The indoor camps open with the Little Lobo Camp and the Individual Skills Camp from June 19-23. In July, UNM will host a camp for setters and liberos on July 9-11, followed by an advanced skills camp from July 12-15.
The final camp of the summer the Cherry & Silver Team Camp, which will be held July 21-23. This team tournament camp still has spots available for high school teams looking to get entries in.
