ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The University of New Mexico women’s soccer team is searching for students who would like to join the program as managers for the 2016-17 academic year.
Any full time student is welcome to apply. Any student looking to become a manager will need to be available for all practices and games during the fall season. Typically, practice will be held in the morning with games played on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Students accepted will have a chance to work with one the Mountain West’s best soccer programs and help the Lobos in their campaign for a conference title. Managers will also get hands-on experience in the field of college athletics. Potential managers will have a chance to work with coaches and support staff, earning experience for a future career in coaching, administration and the many roles that work directly with New Mexico women’s soccer.
Managers will receive priority registration for classes along with equipment and gear.
