ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The University of New Mexico Women’s tennis team will play host to Southern Illinois and Northern Arizona University over the weekend.
In the second of three home matches in a row, the Lobos are taking on Southern Illinois at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Linda Estes Tennis Center. Southern Illinois is currently 1-1 after splitting their first two matches this season against Western Kentucky University and Louisville.
The Lobos are coming off an exciting win after their first match against Colorado at home last weekend where some players where head coach Kelcy McKenna got her first collegiate win with her team.
On Sunday, the Lobos are taking on Northern Arizona University at 3 p.m. This will not be the first time the two teams meet. The last time they went against NAU was during their fall season play. Both matches will be held at Linda Estes Tennis Center over the weekend.
