Meet Information Packet
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Entries are now open for the 2015 Lobo Cross Country Invitational taking place Sept. 5 at the UNM North Golf Course.
The Invitational will include four different divisions, with a Community Fun Run, high school junior varsity and varsity races and a collegiate open.
Entry for the college, high school and community fun run will take place online via Direct Athletics by going to DirectAthletics.com and searching for “Lobo” in the upcoming meet search box. Each race will have an individual entry link, so entrants are asked to enter their respective race.
Runners can also register the day of the meet.
The Community Fun Run/high school “C” team race kicks off the day of events at 8 a.m. MT, with the high school varsity boys race at 8:45 a.m. and the high school varsity girls race at 9:30 a.m. The collegiate races are at 10:15 a.m. for the men and 10:45 a.m. for the women, and the junior varsity races at 11:15 a.m. and 12 p.m.
The 2015 season marks the 15th consecutive year UNM has hosted the meet. The Lobos’ only regular-season home meet in 2015, the Lobo Invite has emerged as one of the premier prep meets in the state and as one of the top collegiate meets in the region.
