Special Olympian Abe Assaad Bests Ridge Jones In 20 Yard Dash

During the 4th practice of spring ball, the Lobos had a special guest in Abe Assaad, who first met the football team when they volunteered during the Mayor's Invitational, an event held as a part of Special Olympics New Mexico. Not only was he able to attend practice, he had the opportunity to race one of the Mountain West's fastest athletes in Ridge Jones. Abe emerged from his contest with Ridge Jones victorious.
