ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The University of New Mexico football team will get a head start on the 2015 football season with a full set of spring practices, starting on Wednesday morning, March 18 at 9 a.m. That practice will be the first of 15 that the Lobos can conduct in the spring. This spring, all practices are open to the media and fans.
Cooch Bob Davie will hold a press conference regarding spring camp on Tuesday, March 17 at 3 p.m. in the second floor classroom of the Tow Diehm Football Facility. The Lobo spring roster breakdown features 44 players on offense, 39 on defense, and four special teamers for a total of 87. Forty-nine of those are returning lettermen from the 2014 season.
UNM will announce the 15th practice as soon as a date is confirmed. The final practice on April 17th will be a Friday night practice with events surrounding the practice announced soon.
