ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – On Oct. 22, 2014, approximately two dozen Major League Baseball scouts attended UNM’s baseball practice for the team’s annual Scout Day. The Lobos have 16 draft-eligible players this season, and the scouts were getting an early read on them. They timed the Lobos in the 60-yard dash, watched batting practice and then sat in the stands to watch the team play an intrasquad game. You can check out photos from the event below.
