ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — It was another superb season for Lobo basketball, and now it’s time to celebrate an unprecendented third straight Mountain West Tournament title, a record for wins for a first-year coach, and numerous other highlights.
The men’s basketball awards banquet, presented by Branch Law Firm, will be held Thursday, April 17 at the Embassy Suites Hotel off Lomas and I-25 on W. Woodward Place. There is a private reception at 6 p.m. and then the awards dinner will begin at 7 p.m.
While 3-point tables are sold out, fans can still get to the banquet with a variety of options, including a full table at $450 ($45 for each of the 10 seats). Fans can purchase individual seats for $45 or tickets to the private reception with the coaching staff for $50 each. Fans can also sponsor a student-athlete meal at $30, and purchase a highlight video at $15.
Scott Didrickson, Lobo basketball color analyst will once again emcee the event. The team will present a host of awards throughout the evening.
