New Mexico falls to 26-5 overall (13-3 MWC) with an 89-88 loss at Air Force (17-12, 8-8 MW), ending UNM’s 6-game winning streak…the Lobos won the MW regular season by 2 games
As the top seed in next week’s MW Tournament, UNM will play the winner of Tuesday’s game between Wyoming and Nevada…the Lobos play Wednesday ay 7:30 p.m. MDT from the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas
