ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The University of New Mexico football team has announced that its practices here during the fall will be closed to the general public.

Only credentialed media and those who receive a pass from the Lobo football office may watch practice. Those without a credential or a pass will not be allowed on the fields.

All of the team’s practices in Ruidoso will be open to the public. The team will be in Ruidoso from Aug. 5-17, with the first practice scheduled from 10:05 a.m.-12:10 p.m. on Aug. 6. All practices in Ruidoso are scheduled to start at 10:05 a.m. Fans are encouraged to make the trek south to watch practice and show their support.
