* New Mexico improves to 6-2 with a 76-60 victory over Missouri State…UNM has a 2-0 series lead over Missouri State. Improve to 10-9 vs. Missouri Valley Conference all time.
* New Mexico led at the half for the seventh time in eight games.
* One game after not having any players in double-figures, Demetrius Walker hit double-digits with 6:30 to go in the first half.
* The victory over Missouri State marks UNM’s 999th home win in Lobo history.
* New Mexico is 6-0 when shooting better than 36% from the field.
*Lobos shoot 58.3 percent from 3-point range in the first half. It is the best 3-point shooting percentage in the first half this season since the Lobos shot 50 percent against Washington State 11/25.
*This was the first time this season the Lobos have hit seven 3-pointers in a half, topping the six threes they had in the first half against Washington State on 11/25.
*Lobos set a new season high for three point FG makes in a game with 10. Previous high was nine vs. Washington State on 11/25 and nine vs. Santa Clara on 11/24.

Missouri State shot 41.9 percent from the field while the Lobos shot 38.2. The last time the Lobos won while being outshot from the field was against Washington State on 11/25. The Cougars shot 44 percent while UNM shot 43.6.
*UNM has won 29 consecutive home December games, dating back to a loss to No. 5 Wake Forest on December 22, 2004. Steve Alford is now 17-0 in home December games, and his personal streak counting his time at Iowa is 21.
* UNM is now 4-1 when outrebounding its opponent. The Lobos outrebounded Missouri State 44-34.
