ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.– The University of New Mexico softball team, under the direction of second year head coach Erica Beach, will be holding tryouts for possible walk-ons for its 2012 team on Wednesday, August 24, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at Lobo Softball Field. The Lobo Softball field is located off of University Blvd., just south of The Pit.
The tryout is open to all female students enrolled full-time for the fall 2011 semester. Each prospective participant must provide a copy of her medical insurance card, a copy of a doctor’s physical and a copy of this semester’s class schedule at UNM.
