In Tempe, Ariz., the University of New Mexico women’s golf team is in 16th place after two rounds of the PING/ASU Intercollegiate. The Lobos have a 36-hole total of 614 (305-309) on the Karsten Golf Course (par 72, 6,230 yards).
No. 3 UCLA and top-ranked Southern Cal share the team lead at 11-under 565.
The 17-team field features 14 teams ranked in the top-50 of the most recent GolfStat poll.

Lobo junior Rebecca Hellbom is having a solid tournament, shooting a team-low 74 today. She is tied for 36th at 149 (75-74).
Junior Sarah Salvo is tied for 46th at 151 (75-76). Sophomore Beth Buchner is at 155 (76-79), tied for 70th.
Freshmen Manon de Roey (79-80) are tied for 81st at 159.
UNM freshman Sofia Hoglund is playing as an individual. She is at 171 (86-85).
